Lifetime Warranty
Sandbox d.o.o. will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product, and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance.*

Specific Period
Sandbox d.o.o. offers warranty for mechanical defects in material, workmanship and functionality of these products, of each individual product for a specified period, from the date of purchase.The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product, and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance.*

Construction
Sandbox d.o.o. will warranty this product for construction only.

FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a Sandbox d.o.o. product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

** Warranty against bending does not cover any Don Iron Sledgehammer, Don Iron Handles, which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping or hitting (i.e., dropping or hitting the Don Iron Sledgehammer against concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a Sandbox d.o.o. product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have found that most problems with Don Iron Sledgehammers we replace are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues.

Warranty on used products

The warranty does not apply to used products. The specific difficulties of the purchaser with the products of the company Sandbox d.o.o. will be treated individually, case by case.
