The General Terms & Conditions of the Don Iron Online Shop have been implemented in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP- 1) The Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
Don Iron is an online shop run by Potem d. o. o., with registered office in Josipa Jurja Strossmayera 74, 44000, Sisak, Croatia OIB: 89098433706, registration number: 01589695.
The Terms & Conditions determine the operation of the Don Iron online shop, setting out the rights and obligations of the user and the shop, thus regulating the business relationship between Don Iron and its customers.
Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before making your purchase. By using the site, you agree to all terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept, please DO NOT use the online shop.
The goods will be delivered to the customer in the shortest possible time, usually within 2-10 days of the order (unless otherwise specified in the product description). Once the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation message by email containing the list of products ordered, the price per piece, the total amount and the recipient’s address.
Shipments are carried out by UPS, DPD, DHL or in some cases by private couriers. Don Iron reserves the right to choose further delivery methods in order to provide an increasingly efficient service. The package will be delivered to the address that the customer will provide at the time of the order as a shipping address. If at the time of delivery the customer is not available at the address provided, the package will remain waiting in the closest warehouse and the customer will be contacted by the courier to agree on the new deadline for delivery. Don Iron will in no case be liable for any inconvenience caused by long delivery times or failure to deliver items that are indicated as not immediately available.
Protection of personal data
The information provided by the customer is strictly confidential and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
The customer sends his or her personal data by filling in the online form on the Don Iron website. Only the personal information necessary to achieve an efficient implementation of the e-commerce activity that we deal with is then processed.
The customer and the operator of the Don Iron site agree that the information to which they have access, will be kept private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without an appropriate legal basis. The operator will use the data for sale and delivery purposes only.
The site operator undertakes to implement all electronic services in a responsible and professional manner, in accordance with the principles and rules on information security.

The Don Iron online shop offers the following payment methods:
Cash on delivery (only in cash, up to a maximum limit of 500€)

In case of payment by credit card, if the order is cancelled at a later date, or if the payment method is changed, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be able to refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are expressed in euro. Prices valid at the time of ordering cannot be considered valid for an indefinite period of time.
Prices are valid in case of payment by the above methods and conditions.
Products are only warranted if this is stated in the product description. The warranty is valid from the moment of invoice and only if the instructions for the warranty are followed. Warranty periods are listed on the website (in the product description). If the warranty information is not available, the product may not be covered. If the warranty information is not known, the customer may contact the online shop which will endeavour to provide you with up-to-date information. The warranty has no value in the case of defects or damage (even mechanical) caused by improper use of the product, negligence and failure to comply with the instructions for use, or force majeure.
The purchase contract between the customer and DonIron.com shall be deemed to have been concluded when DonIron.com sends the customer the first order status e-mail (for confirmation of receipt of the order). From then on, all prices and conditions are deemed to be fixed and valid for both parties. The customer will be considered the person whose information will be provided to us upon completion of the order. Subsequent changes to the customer’s data are possible within 2 hours of sending the order.
The customer chooses the items he wants to buy and adds them to the cart. Upon check-out, enter the data that will be requested and send the order, which will be automatically placed in the queue. While the order is in the queue, the customer still has the option to cancel it (the cancellation must be done by e-mail within 2 hours of sending the order). The order will then be stored on the Don Iron online shop server.
Within a maximum of 48 hours, Don Iron will examine your order and may confirm or in some cases reject it. If there is any change in the price at the time of ordering, Don Iron undertakes to offer the lowest price to the buyer.
Don Iron competition
The competition provides that all the competitors who have joined it, registering as per the regulations, have the possibility to win the prize at stake. The winner will be selected within a maximum of 3 months from the first official publication of the competition. The winner’s name will always be published on social media via the Don Iron page.
Customer’s right to withdraw from the contract
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and notify the seller within 14 days from the delivery of the order without having the duty to justify the recession. The 14-day period shall be valid from the day after delivery.
The customer who decides to withdraw from the contract must inform the seller by writing to email@example.com!
If the customer cancels the contract (after receipt of the package), he must return the goods to the seller within 30 days of sending a written notification to the following address:

Return of the order within the first 14 days of delivery (time valid for withdrawal from the contract)
The customer must return the goods to the seller intact and in equal quantities (except in a case where they were destroyed, damaged, lost or in a reduced quantity during the delivery trip), which means that he will not be able to use the products freely in the period prior to the withdrawal of the contract. The customer has the right to try the items within the limits necessary for the objective evaluation of the product. Any use of the items that deviates from the above mentioned items will be considered as use of the product, thus leading to the loss of the customer’s right of withdrawal from the contract.
The recession will have as the only cost for the customer, the cost related to the shipping costs of the products. The shipment of the products may be carried out by the customer, or if the customer so wishes, we may organise for the collection. In this case, the customer will be obliged to return the shipping costs that will be incurred by Don Iron (according to the price list provided by the courier that will carry out the collection).
The right of withdrawal from the contract will be denied if the items have been produced following precise instructions from the customer and/or adapted to his personal needs and therefore not suitable to be placed on the market.
The seller returns the total amount of the purchase cost with a transfer to the buyer’s bank account within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Return of the items within the period foreseen for withdrawal from the contract, will be considered as a notice of withdrawal.
In case of withdrawal from the contract for which discount vouchers or promotional codes have been used, these must be considered as discounts and will not be returned to the customer.
The Court of Sisak (Croatia) will have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes that may arise between the parties.
The value of the donated gadgets cannot be exchanged for money or other products. Discounts can’t be combined with other offers.
