The goods will be shipped to the customer in the shortest possible time, usually the goods are shipped to the customer in 24-48 hours (working days) from the confirmation of the order (unless otherwise specified).
In time of national and collective holidays of our delivery partners, the shipping time might extend. The delivery can be delayed, for more information, please contact our customer support.
We will use best method in order to deliver goods in shortest time possible.
Shipping cost is calculated dynamically based on your location and weight of your parcel.
Shipments are carried out by DHL, DPD, GLS, Croatian Post Office, Oversees Express or in some cases by private couriers.
Recieving an email
If your purchase is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with a list of products ordered, the price and shipping address.
If you do not receive the goods within one week of your shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service by email or by calling the number.
Where your package is located
Once the shipment has left, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which will keep you informed about the status of the shipment.
Don Iron will in no case be liable for any in-conventional events, due to long delivery times or failure to deliver items that are indicated as not immediately available.
Please be aware:
The vehicles of the delivery services do not always have a ramp to assist you in unloading your ordered equipment. You may need to unload the pallet (s) by hand from the truck. In case you refuse to do so and refuse the goods, you are not entitled to a full purchase cost reimbursement but only a refund for the equipment purchased.
You will have to pay the shipping costs both ways. In case of advance arrangement and additional payment we can provide a transport vehicle with a ramp.
